Bulldogs Softball Posts 4–2 Week

The Bulldogs put together an impressive week, finishing with a 4–2 record highlighted by strong pitching performances and explosive offense.

In the circle, Jada Vickers (Cairo, GA) led the way, picking up two wins and setting the tone for the Bulldog defense. Her poise and consistency helped keep opponents off balance throughout the week.

Offensively, the Bulldogs were powered by standout performances from Kaiden Bradford (Athens, GA) and Jayna Kearson (Twin City, GA), who supplied run support in bunches. GCAA Player of the Week, Bradford delivered a remarkable week at the plate, going 13-for-20 while driving in 11 RBI and scoring 12 runs, continuing her role as one of the team's most reliable hitters. Kearson added timely production of her own, finishing the week 7-for-19 with 8 RBI, helping fuel multiple Bulldog rallies.

With contributions up and down the lineup and steady performances in the circle, the Bulldogs carry strong momentum into next week's slate of games.

On Tuesday, the team will travel to Florence-Darlington. Last season the Bulldogs took both games, outscoring the Stingers 26-1.

The week concludes with the Bulldogs heading to Oxford, Alabama, for the annual JUCO Extravaganza on Friday and Saturday. The event will feature six games across two days, providing a key early-season test against strong national competition.
