Thank you for your interest in the golf program at
Georgia Military College. Here are a few facts about our program:
- We are a member of the
National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and the
Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA).
- Military service is
NOT a requirement to attend Georgia Military College. 9
8% of our student body is comprised of traditional and non-traditional students seeking a quality, community college education.
- We recently opened the Mason Golf Performance Lab, equipped with a
Full Swing Golf simulator, (Tiger Woods, Jordan Speith, and other PGA Tour professionals have the same simulator in their homes) and a
30' x 30' artificial putting green (see pictures below)
- We have practice access to at least 5 courses locally, most notably
Reynolds Plantation, Cuscowilla, The Club at Lake Sinclair and Harbor Club at Lake Oconee.

At Georgia Military College, our motto is
"Start Here...Go Anywhere!" This motto extends to our golf program. If you attend GMC, our main goals would be for you to succeed in the classroom and to develop as a golfer that will maybe take the next step and go to a larger program. We believe we have the facilities and the support to get you where you want to go.

We also take a great deal of pride in how we treat our student-athletes at GMC. From team cookouts, to life experiences like traveling to the Tour Championship playing at The Greenbrier, visiting Niagara Falls and supporting our golf teammates. Your experience as a member of the Georgia Military College golf program will be am enriching experince, because you are our top priority.
